At Pinarstreasures.com, customer service is the top priority. You can return items with a manufacturing Defect within 10 days of receipt by the date indicated in your tracking information. Our policy covers manufacturer’s defective products, products that are dead on arrival, and items that do not appear as listed on the website.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not covered by our policy!

Each product may have a different return policy. Please review the return policy on the product page you purchased.

The products on our website are manufactured according to your measurements, they are produced by special order. We cannot accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects.

If you have received products that you do not know how to use, please feel free to contact us for proper care instructions and more detailed information about your products.

Use your products as we recommend and as we indicate on our site.

Please note that return shipping is not prepaid, so you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Also, return shipping is non-refundable unless you received the wrong item(s). In the event you receive the wrong item(s) or an item is DOA, a return label will be provided. Please return the item to our Returns address after contacting us within 10 days from the date of shipment.

Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect and test your merchandise. If it is found to be defective, we will be happy to send you a replacement of the original item(s) you purchased free of charge, as long as the item is available. If the product is not available, you will receive a refund according to the original form of payment you used when making your online purchase.

If your product is found to be fully functional during testing, your product return may be refused.

Please allow 10 days from the return submission date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
